And the results are in....

Braddock weighs a whopping 10 lbs 11 ounces
Griffin comes in just under Braddock's fighting weight at 10 lbs 7 ounces
Julia is the dainty one but also huge at 9 lbs 12 ounces

The hard part was watching them get some shots today. Julia was first and I never saw so many tears. She started screaming and I started crying. It felt a little like torture and I'm certainly glad it is over. By the time Griffin was done (he went last) I practically ran them out of there. I hate that we'll have to do that again ever and we have to repeat next month.

The good news is they are perfectly healthy and growing like weeds!

A very happy birthday to Granny. She was so helpful to us last week and we're sending our best wishes to her today.

Poor Nic, those shots are brutal, aren't they? and the poor little ones get so many more shots now than they did in our day. Well, you just have to tell yourself that it's to protect them and that may help with the guilt feelings over subjecting them to it.
Just talked to Jack and he had a good report on everyone. Is he ever a proud Grandpa or what????

as a parent of triplets plus two,now adults, i stumbled on your blog, led by the Twain quote. By now your babies are preschoolers or perhaps kindergarteners your days are probably more interesting but certainly not less demanding. Best of luck.. you needn't reply, but just wanted to let you know it doesn't get easier, but its always changing, until they reach adulthood. But they are still your babies. Even with beard stubble.
